“Our family of five had an absolutely incredible stay at this amazing house! The living room literally opens to the beach and lagoon. The views can’t be beat. Our kids loved taking out the kayaks and paddle board. We also spotted some black tip reef sharks, a turtle, an eagle ray, an octopus and many fish from the dock! The house was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and had everything you could need. The house feels very private, but you are just a short walk from the town of Maharepa.
One of the best parts of this house were the wonderful hosts! Heifara and Richard went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. We enjoyed sunset talks on the dock learning about the history of this beautiful home and area. We left feeling sad, not only to leave a beautiful home but a magical island and hosts who now feel like friends we have known for years. “This house and location are amazing!
The beautiful blues of the lagoon, green mountains, colorful sunsets all wrapped around this fabulously decorated, super comfortable home.
Our kids enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards and the walk to the end of the dock was like looking down into an aquarium with colorful fish everywhere. We even got to see a spotted-eagle ray cruise through!
The house is also very close to several nice restaurants and a well-stocked grocery store.
As others have said, Heifara and Richard were phenomenal hosts! We would journey back to Moorea just to stay in this house again.”

“This was one of the most unique and memorable stays we’ve ever had at an Airbnb. Heifara and Richard were wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we had incredible stay.
They were quick to offer tips on activities and restaurants that were spot on. The home is Heifara’s childhood home, so you won’t find a more knowledgeable and connected person to the town or property. Family is on either side of you and they are warm and welcoming and treat you as one of theirs.
We went with our 2 1/2 year old daughter who absolutely loved the beach and feeding the fish off of the dock. The water is crystal clear.
The house itself is very large and well laid out. The beds were comfortable and the a/c in the bedrooms worked perfectly. The kitchen has everything you need without feeling cluttered. We grilled out a couple of times and used the kitchen daily.
The sunsets on the dock were some of the most memorable moments of our lives. We hope to return soon!”

“This was an amazing location and house. It was very clean and comfortable. There were so many amenities and everything to cook at home if you wanted to. The pictures show the amazing view and you can snorkel right off the dock. Heifara was so helpful and took time to assure our stay was perfect. Heifara gave us recommendations for restaurants and snorkeling sites. He even made a reservation for us at Rudy’s, a must try dining experience. Book this house if you can. “What a wonderful place! Our family stayed here: 2 adults to 2 kids and it was a great setup. The house itself is a cool 70’s vintage Tahitian building with a lot of character that has been tastefully updated with new fixtures, furnishings and art. The house is also stocked with all you need for adventures into the water and beach trips (paddle board, kayak, snorkels, etc.)– all in good condition.
Heifara and Richard were phenomenal hosts. It felt more like staying with friends who had all of the best insider tips for where to explore and eat. We hope to come back!”
